FUZZY SCOTUSBALLS: ODDS ON NEXT ULTRA- LIBERAL ABORTION FRIENDLY S.C. JUSTICE

HOLY FUZZY SCOTUSBALLS, Batman: Odds on Barry's most likely favorite for packing the next ultra-liberal abortion- friendly Justice to the United States Supreme Court to keep the minority liberal balance the same at 4-4-1 (Kennedy, "depends on how I am feeling today swing vote". This will a tough pick for Barry having to pack and choose an ethnic liberal minority, pro-abortion female; merely so ultra-liberal Ruth Ginsberg does not get so lonely hanging around with all those male sexist pig Justices any more.

The first criteria is gender. If you are a man of any kind of racial/ethnic background, proceed to the bottom of the list. Because after all, ultra liberal Justice Ginsberg is feeling lonely.

The second criteria is, are they some ethic minority; in addition to being a woman. Black Hispanic lesbian female from Illinois would be highly preferred. But this is probably not a viable option of a mixed race/ethnicity and being a lesbian coming from Chicago. So, can Barry get close; while pandering to some other geographic area he has omitted in Cabinet Posts like the deep south or CA? Or, will Barry merely continue to decide based on resorting to some more Chicago-style deep dish cronyism?

The third criteria is judicial appellate court or state Supreme Court experience. Are they actually appellate court or state Supreme Court judges? Instead of lower ranked GOVS or merely law professors, or even worse, just some attorney?

The fourth criteria is short-sighted geographic political pandering for the 2010 election cycle. Can the Abomination pander picking up potential votes by selecting a nominee from a particular geographic area?

The fifth criteria is whether they already are part of the Abominating Administration; requiring a twofer-appoint a justice requiring replacing someone already in the abomination.

The sixth criteria is prior judicial opinions. Have they written anything that really would be construed as being outright wacky and embarrassing during a Senate advise and consent skewering process?

The seventh criteria is what President appointed them to be a federal judge, if applicable. Clinton appointtee, get one extra point. Bush appointee, minus 50 points.

BARELY CONSIDERED OR NOT CONSIDERED AT ALL CRITERIA:

Are they the best and most qualified jurist to spend the next few decades rendering important decisions at SCOTUS?

No. 2: Sonia Sotomayor of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Born in 1954 in the Bronx, N.Y. Nominated as a federal judge by President George H.W. Bush on November 27, 1991, and confirmed by the Senate on August 11, 1992. Nominated by President Bill Clinton to the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on June 25, 1997, and confirmed by the Senate on October 2, 1998. Graduated from Yale Law School in 1979, and worked in private practice as a lawyer in New York City from 1984-1992 before joining the New York County District Attorney's Office, where she served as assistant district attorney from 1979-1984. Nominated as a federal judge by President Bill Clinton on August 10, 1995, and confirmed by the Senate on December 22, 1995. Nominated to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by President Clinton on January 27, 1998, and confirmed by the Senate on July 31, 1998. Graduated from UCLA Law School in 1979 and worked in private practice as a lawyer in Los Angeles from 1980-1995. Dem Nuts Weekly Analysis Intro: Thanks for a public forum to give your blog followers a dem nuts weekly analysis. As well as the opportunity to give feedback on what fiscally conservative people understand is important. The goal is political satire in a snarky format until I switch to serious political commentary. Basically, I am keeping at eye on fiscally irresponsible socialists trying to annoy as many demiwants as humanly possible.

Hopefully, fiscally conservative bloggers can anticipate what the dem nuts are scheming next; thereby anticipating, benefiting and taking advantage of their flawed progressive socialist-commie demiwantism.--dem-i-want-ism. (I want this and I demand fiscally conservative middle class people work and pay for it via some kind of an irrational doomed abominable economic redistribution scheme).

International crap: Barry returned from his listening pacifist agenda with evil despots and dictators trying to make the world a little safer. Award one point and hope Barry’s risky international plan works. Sea captain rescue tell us defending ships on the open seas with fire hoses seems a tad bit moronic. A cruise-missile launch for targeted Somali pirates before they launch might be an appropriate progressive step to clearly establish why sea piracy is historically not a wise economic strategy. For domestic pirates which are more numerous (demiwants), the best weapon to deploy is the 2010 election cycle missile. Hopefully, there will be no pirates at our local lakes, yet. But seriously, consider deploying your own strategic anti-pirate local defense systems ASAP. IMF and dim global declines of 3-4 trillion suggest commie dems should all invest in China since it actually will continue having a declining positive GDP.

Domestic Crap: Barry’s still trying to get various tax schemes to pay for the second part of his Spend and Tax agenda-the Tax portion. Irresponsible and wasted social spending of historic amounts is basically over. But these demiwants will keep trying to waste even more. Now that blowing our tax dollars part is over until next year, Barry has to shovel thinly veiled tax schemes like Crap and Trap and/or a Carbon Tax. Basically, a regressive indirect utility tax on the air we breathe continues to dominate dem nut tax schemes.

Barry’s tax schemes are a huge fiscal priority. If Barry cannot con us into some huge tax scheme, other flawed and irrational dem nut domestic plans like forced health insurance on everyone cannot move forward. This would make the rich drug, medical and insurance industry and their PACS and lobbyists unhappy. So, anticipate all kinds of clever federal tax schemes for the rest of his administration. As well as anticipate every government trying to do the very same thing in creating their own tax schemes.

Meanwhile DHS Secretary “I need to be fired” Janet continues to classify our war veterans as high-risk domestic terrorists; while also insulting all Canadians within a one week time frame. To find out if you, your spouse, lover, neighbor, boss, co-workers, parents, grandparents and even your children or pets are domestic terrorists, find out for certain by having them take the simple quiz at http://www.reason.com/terroristquiz/. If they are, be a patriot and report them to DHS pronto until Janet is fired as Secretary of DHS.

In regard to “looking forward” instead of prosecuting Bush war criminals is absurd logic that by not looking to the pas,t merely ensures Barry will repeat Bush-like domestic surveillance and be unable to resolve GITMO.

The stock market and the 50 cent k plans are up and down again raising economic anxiety as people are realizing the 19 biggest banking institutions inflated numbers are fluff packed with billions of increasing non-performing assets. Nationalization of banking and the auto industry continues. Barry can’t make his mind on whether economically unviable Government Motors should take bankruptcy. Or instead, do something really stupid-take our 13.4 billion tax secured bailout loan and convert that into unsecured equity stock. Brilliant provided you are really a stupid moron that works for Treasury Tim. If I told you my corporation was going bankrupt real soon, would you say “bummer, let me help you out by buying a bunch of your stock.” This is moronic. And that’s what dem nuts are suggesting doing with our taxpayer money.

Wednesday, April 29 will be Happy Depression Day as real GDP numbers will be negative for the 3rd time meeting the standard economic definition of a depression. Celebrate depression by taking massive anxiety medications/most favored substance needed for coping. To make the depression even worse, May 4 the Treasury will use puffery to gloss over reality regarding their financial stress test to delay a huge economic meltdown.

State Crap: Kansas Governor issued distributed an email dated April 17 once again recommending a change in tax policy rescinding prior planned tax reductions, incorporating fuzzy transfers, advocating a decoupling from federal tax policy. So, expect going forward not only federal tax increases, but state, county and local tax increases as all these governments strive by irrational methods every effort to fight from limiting the size of their respective governments budgets, agencies/staff levels via various and assorted tax schemes. In simple terms, you the tax payer are screwed some more for quite a while going forward by all these different governments.

Happy Depression Day is Wednesday, April 29. Hope everyone celebrates with generous amounts of Depression Soup as I previously wrote about. Remember, don’t panic yet. This is not the Great Depression. The US Dept. of Commerce officially reported really bad revised GDP numbers this morning. Officially, this is the 3rd consecutive decline in GDP making the recession move to an official depression. Which means next quarter's decline in GDP should look great in retro.

Plus in other good news, Congress approves 3.4 trillion federal budget projecting a historic deficit of 1.2 trillion. Naturally, all this crap is provided you trust anyone, that intentionally calls themselves an economist. Like Treasury Tim and his scam this week related to converting our secured $15. 8 billion GM bailout loan and converting it insanely to around 99% unsecured equity in economically unviable Government Motors. This usurpation will cause an almost immediate lose of 10 billion dollars of our tax money. Which more than likely, will be worth $0 billion when GM goes bankrupt later. Fire Treasury Tim, another freaking economist we cannot afford.

Maybe Barry will talk about it on TV tonight. But don't hold your breathe on that happening. Typically, it will be "rah-rah I saved the world" kind of 100-day megalomania kind of speech tonight with my 1.75 trillion projected historic federal budget, 4 times last year's federal budget. And we all thought Bush was a rotten irresponsible politician.

News yesterday reported Barry's second part, the tax portion is shooting the moon for 1.5 trillion in taxes. Good luck with that happening. Even with a dem nut socialist controlled Congress for the last 4 years. I'd do some of that figurin' on how much 1.5 trillion divided by 300 million Americans computes to, but my cheap calculator does not work when I try to input trillion or more amounts. And even I have a hard enough time figuring how many zeros it takes to be certain that big a number is a trillion. Lots of zeros. Too many zeros.

It’s merely the Happy Depression until mass bank failures start depleting the recent 500 billion FDIC funds Congress recently added to avoid a massive run on the banks and to replenish more anticipated bank losses. What is the count ytd-24. Hopefully, everyone will listen to Bobby McFarin sing “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” around 6000 times/hour on Happy Depression Day instead of King of Darkness, Ozzy Osborne. Continue taking appropriate Rx/preferred coping substances as many times daily as you want, as needed indefinitely.

I did try to determine based on GDP, when was the last depression based on US Dept. of Commerce. This may be my first official depression. Because I could not find any data that indicated we have in fact, had an economic depression since the Great Depression. So, I guess we should all by partying tomorrow as we face an event most of us have never experienced.

I highly suggest one ask for Depression Sex. I mean this is a lot bigger event than the often requested Birthday or Happy New Year Sex. Give it a shot. This is a historic event that only happens every few decades. Try the emotional crying stuff as a last resort. I mean you should be able to fake being depressed on depression day. So do some groveling. Maybe you will get lucky with such a lame reason using typical man-thought. The downside risk is about zero. Let's face it. Rhetorically, what is the worst outcome? More rejection. Like we are not used to that by now. We men are masters of rejection. Which explains one of many reasons why we like golf and fishing so much.

I do continue to improve my ability to listen and understand the voices of concerned citizens. I do want to hear solutions. To me, they are the real solution. Best person for Congress-you.

PorkBall Series: Porkers love frying State Ed Bacon

In this on-going porker series, analyzing federal state bacon is more difficult to do a single-part analysis. Originally, I wanted to include state pork and state educational pork in one post. But it got murky so I am reverting to simplicity in this post only focusing on state education pork, subject to any revision.

When it comes to state pork, there are two distinct subclasses-funding state agency and other instruments of the state crap and funding educational post-secondary institution crap. Plus one has to understand the funding of county government crap and both community colleges and public state universities are merely instruments of the state. I also wonder if these porkballers are going to pass out bacon for education, why limit frying the bacon to merely post-secondary education?

State education pork has very little logical relation or nexus to promoting the general welfare of the United States or funding any federal government agency. But, that does not stop congressional porkers from doling out our federal tax dollars to state governments or instruments of the state in some kind of corrupt process. Why the states including Kansas can’t pay for their own crap once again remains a huge mystery demonstrating a fiscally irresponsible abomination of our United States Constitution.

In the context of frying bacon to state colleges and universities, this is merely the broad-based culture of congressman across the nation. Probably because its popular form of corruption of our federal tax dollars.

Based on total bacon amount, Moran (just barely) wins the very competitive Coveted Education Porkball. I am also have to revisions to Moran's 1/2 porkball for municipal pork because I originally included his community college pork as part of his muni pork.

Finally, congrats to Jenkins for winning the Citizens Against Government Waste Porker of the Month Award for broken promises related to all pork being limited to the federal government or a strong nexus to the federal government. She came close and still remains in last place for wasting federal tax dollars. Jenkins is going to have to waste a lot more of our money to rise to being Queen of Kansas Porkballers next fiscal year. (FY2011). Although Moran is giving her stiff competition.

It remains to be determined who was the best of the worst at being fiscally conservative. Clearly, Moore and Tiahrt are not concerned what-so-ever with fiscal conservatism. These two yahoos are in a class of their own doling out huge slabs of bacon.

Next in PorkBall Series: We are getting closer to the end of giving an overall summary, final commentary, and the ultimate Golden Porkball Congressional Award. At this point, it is clearly down to Moore vs. Tiahrt. Then, by around May-June, there should be some data on which Senator is the biggest porker. Neither Roberts or Brownback are fiscal conservatives when it comes to doling out bacon. Both of these two have been ruining our nation fiscally for a real long time. Back to work on the next post.

Feeling Decoupled? Back to PorkBall Series

I am still decoupled based on KS GOV April 17 decoupling recommendation tanamount to Kansas becoming its own country based on a recommendation by Kate. And equally disappointed her Senate hearing was not shown on C-Span Comedy Channel yesterday because it was not important enough.

I did however endure listening to Treasury Tim give reassurances and puffery related to how our entire domestic financial industry basically being in the crapper and can only be saved by private/government investments in purchasing their too big to fail increasing toxic or non-performing assets.

I merely wonder if I can buy Bank of America's 25 billion in non-performing assets for about six bucks. And then after doing this original post, he is now on CNBC talking about 3-4 trillion in global toxic assets which makes me think "should I rush to my bank now?" Thanks Treasury Tim for the banking collapse anxiety again. Not to mention on April 29, based on real GDP, the US will move from recession to a depression. But quoting Afred E. Neuman wisdom, "what me worry?"

Regardless, back to our PorkBall series with year-to-year performance data without bias for awarding another pork ball to the winner based on year-to-year bacon improvement. Clearly, Moore wins another porkball on total bacon pieces and on a percentage basis. Now analyzing this data makes me realize how difficult it is to post spreadsheet data in a tabular format in a simple blog. Especially when doing edits of the original post because I lost a crapload of formatting when I posted, requiring a lot of post-edit fixing.

Second, other than the obvious lack of fiscal conservatism when the economy is tanking, it is interesting to note that total pieces of bacon (earmarks) and the amount of bacon (dollars) should make more pork recipients happier and all taxpayers less happy.

Third, in FY09, some of the congressman were worried about being called porkers due to the election cycle. For example, this year's pork king was basically afraid of voter pork backlash during an election cycle. (Moore came in last place in FY09).

Tiahrt was pork king for FY09 last year. Over the last two years, Tiahrt is top pork king for the two years combined with a total of 168 million barely beating Moore's two year total of 158.6 million. Moore merely caught up with his whopping 2054% increase in pork in FY2010; despite how he insists he is Blue Dog Democrat Co-Chair. Way to lead the blue dogs. Now during an election cycle in a hotly contested race, party leadership swings a lot of pork to a particular congressman like Boyda in order to look great back home. DNC , KS Dem Party and Boyda Plan failed.

Fourth, if I lived in Moran's 1st district, I would either have to love him for being a fiscal conservative ; or really be upset by his only bringing home the bacon of a pitiful two-year total of 40 million. But as previously noted, Moran got 1/2 pork ball for giving 53% to municipal pork.

Fifth, when reviewing pork, it is important to ascertain how KS ranks in slapping down the bacon based on the overall population of the state in relation to other states. Pork is a return of some of the federal taxes paid by Kansans. So, we should be certain KS is getting a proportionate share of pork from all these yahoo politicians. Overall, we are not. Meaning some other state(s) like Alaska are getting some of KS's share of the federal bacon based on population attributed to all KS politicians not asking and ensuring our state gets a proportional amount of pork.

To briefly summarize, if you like pork, our politicians are under performing in bringing home the bacon proportional to our state population. On the other hand, if are a fiscal conservative, our politicians are doing better than other state's federal porkers.

So based on FY 2010 data, let's give Moore another ball of pork. And also give Tiahrt a pork ball for his 2 year accumulative total and King of Pork based on two-year data.

Finally, I have a few more posts related to this porkballing series. I am getting weary of compiling and analyzing data; but this is important enough that it seems worth the substantial effort. And for all practical purposes, demonstrates why blogs are a lot better than the local media when it comes to compiling and reporting original data. In particular, the Crappy Red Star.

Next Porkball Post: I still want to post some details related to state pork including the tremendous amount of pork going to community colleges and state universities. How this kind of pork is somehow related to funding the federal government even by a fuzzy nexus remains a mystery to me.

Municipal PorkBall: Distortion of the General Welfare of the United States

Preamble to the United States Constitution excerpt:

We the people of the United States, in order to . . . promote the general welfare . . . do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The United States of America-the nation. Not every geographic location, including some pedunk town in KS. However, when it comes to PorkBall, frequently pork politicians (Congressman and Senators) distort and refer to "promote the general welfare" while ignoring the entire preamble as written and intended by the founding fathers. It clearly could have stated the several states, and every municipality, township and geographic subdivision. But with purpose and intent, the founding fathers did not.

The founding fathers clearly wanted a small federal government by enumeration understanding and limiting the possibility and dangers of a huge central federal government being dangerous to our nation and ensuring the sovereign right of states, counties and their local communities to pay for their own crap having no connection to the national interest. (Federalism).

One advantage to a huge federal government is no requirement to have a balanced budget. Naturally, when there is no fiscal restraint, any huge central federal government can do a better job than any state, county or local community that does have to operate within a balanced budget.

The founding fathers could have, but did not state the several states; much less promote the general welfare of every municipality in every county of every state. Yet Porkballers do this intentional distortion for several reasons to justify funding of municipal projects with your federal tax dollars. Frequently, politicians try to justify a redistribution of fiscal insanity by claiming they know what is best for our local communities.

What they should be stating is what is best for the United States of America-the nation. It is also important to understand the United States of America and the federal government are two important but separate entities. For example, you can love the United States of America but not like the federal government or the yahoo politicians doling out your federal tax dollars.

Porker politicians justify pork handouts to local municipalities that have failed/chosen or omitted to pay for own stuff related to their municipal infrastructure. To be specific, water, sewer, police and fire, parks, local public education, museums, roads, bridges, ad nauseam.

Naturally, porkers also do this in their self-interest doling out our tax dollars in fiscal irresponsibility to get votes in a particular community to improve their chances of keeping their jobs. But this selfishness multiplied by every politician to every municipality in every state wanting, asking and getting municipal pork is exactly what our founding fathers wanted to avoid-a huge federal government responsible for every municipality in America. Our founding fathers were clear in purpose and intent of staying narrowly focused on a small limited federal government.

The founding fathers were clear the term United States of America is be construed narrowly in the context of a nation and certainly was never intended to include state, county or municipal pork. It was the responsibility of the residents of each state, county and municipal form of governance to choose, pay for, and be responsible for funding their own stuff. (The only exception authorizing federal funding to the state and local level is the passage of federal mandates). The federal government should pay for federal stuff limited to the nation. Conversely, locals should pay for their crap.

Historically, this distortion of federalism started with FDR. And has not abated since then. Instead of a narrow and limited federal government, politicians continue to move further away from the intent of our founding fathers with further and further socialism getting us to the point to where we are now a nation dominated by a huge central federal government. Broad-based fiscal irresponsibility with the federal government interfering and limiting a free market economy requiring ever-increasing taxes to fund more and more socialism to the point where the Abomination boldly proclaims "economic redistribution". Which so much interference in state's sovereignty, 3 states are talking about seceding again.

We, the people of the United States have to stop this nonsense. If it takes tea parties, so be it. We have to stop the doling out of federal tax dollars to municipalities that failed to take care of their own stuff and now expect all of us to pay for their failures to be responsible locally.

So, now let us go to back to our local Kansas federal porkballers and their passing the bacon to local communities. Of our four congressman, how does each one rate in doling out pork to local communities warranting the coveted municipal porkball award? But first, I think before doing so, we have to understand the concept of pork priorities. Given x dollars of municipal and apparently unstoppable distribution of local pork, which municipal pork projects are in the best interests as a nation? Surely, we can compare one municipal pork to another piece of municipal pork and state one over the other is far better from a national, state or local perspective.

Jenkins definitely gets no pork balls coming in last place for local community pork; provided her fuzzy earmarks have no surprises. Out of her purported earmarks of 68 million she promised not to get, only 5. 2 million of pork goes to improving local roads/state highways in Ottawa, Manhattan and Lawrence. (7.6 %). That is it. (This omits 4. 5 million to KDOT to merely study expansion of US Highway 69 to Ft. Scott-Pittsburg area. That is state pork). Why these local communities do not pay for this themselves is beyond me. These are all Congressional X-Mas gifts of your federal tax dollars to local communities too cheap to pay for their crap.

Jerry Moran, despite coming in last in total overall pork around 32 million, may deserve a pork ball for all kinds of ridiculous projects based on asking for the most local pork on a percentage basis. 17 million-53% of your tax dollars funding many local municipalities. And that is omitting his huge pork to local community colleges.

Next, is Todd, "I love giving your money to private corporations" Tiahrt, past winner of one pork ball. Will there be enough pork left for his local communities out of his 101.3 million? Apparently not. A scant 4.25 million. Most of which goes to the city of Wichita and 750,000 to the city of Rose Hill that has failed to take care of their own storm water drainage. So clearly, Todd loves private corporations and dislikes most local municipalities doling out a merely 4.2 percent of his pork. This is probably related to the huge contributions made by corporations as compared to small contributions to his political campaign by local citizens. Todd is getting even.

Finally, that leaves us with Dennis "moore pork" Moore-our undisputed champion of total congressional pork having already won the coveted prize of two porkballs. Excluding a crapload of pork for pork buses both in KS and MO, local churches and local non-profits, Moore's local municipal pork comes in at 75.5 million, most of which goes to JOCO, KS municipalities unhappy that that there streets and bike trails are not good enough. So, Moore only gets half a pork ball for municipal pork dollar total. (50% to local pork); while we give Moran half a pork ball based on the highest percentage at 53% on a percentage basis-a split pork ball decision.

PorkBall Update: Tiahrt wins one Pork Ball

Todd Tiahrt deserves special recognition for his pork of one pork ball. He is certainly special since he is :

a) responsible for a lot of fiscal irresponsibility and a master of non-accountability, but great at denial, excuses and blame for the huge fiscal mess we are in; and

b) wants a job promo he does not deserve, but unless anyone better runs for Senate, it will come down to election of who is the worst candidate we can tolerate. Personally, I think he deserves to be fired.

Todd gets one pork ball because of all the KS congressman, he gives 40% of his 101 million in pork of your tax dollars to private entities in Wichita. So, give one oink shout to a really crappy congressman.

In regard to Jenkin's fuzzy and ever- changing earmark numbers, today her staff including Chief of Staff Pat Liepold and her staff in DC refuse to disclose what her total earmarks requests really are. So, it's hard to get an exact and precise total making me highly suspect of her own web site and her as a politician campaigning on no earmarks. Not to mention her support and sponsor of a legislative regressive tax scheme.

In regard to Senate earmarks, I talked with both KS Senators offices in DC. Apparently as I was informed, Senators are special. They are going to piecemeal earmarks 30 days prior to committee markup for FY 2010-a changing date that allows piecemeal reporting. Senators are very good at at obstructing transparency efforts and not reporting their earmarks. And typically arrogant whenever any person makes an inquiry regarding the same. This needs to be reconciled in the name of transparency.

Naturally, Senators will fight that process so voters need to demand that process be reconciled with what is required by congressman. KS senators do not want you to know when requests are made; or who made the request until it to late until after they have sent out a press release after the fact, to brag about how wonderful they are. They are not wonderful. They are arrogant and hate to be accountable.

OMB used to a good source of data for getting some earmark data. Since Barry has taken office, there has been a notable change in OMB burying earmark data making it almost impossible to compile any meaningful data on Senators.

In other stuff worth noting, yesterday Obama announced his next tax scheme-tax simplification or "Tax Fairness" So hopefully crap and trap is going to get flushed. Now "Tax Fairness" is going to be eliminating a bunch of itemized deductions hitting the middle class. Barry will keep fighting for the second portion of Spend and Tax to pay for the first part-Spend. Which will only lead to even bigger Tea Party events.

Congrats to patriots and dissenters that did attend the non-political Tea Party events yesterday. I had prior obligations that prevented me from direct participation; although I did attend the first local Tea Party and informed a lot of others about these kinds of events. I especially appreciate some of the organizers for clearly informing politicians they are welcome to attend but not be headline speakers. Hats off to the Chicago Tea Party for not letting RNC Steele give any speech.

My favorite Tea Party was in Austin, TX with rocker Ted Nuegent as reported by fellow linked blogger, Big Feed, Captain Thurston. Both him and JOSOB help me keep things in proper perspective during difficult times for their snarky and satirical posts that make them blog heroes of mine.

JOSOB really deserves a tip of the hat for writing so often about the local and horrible crime scene in an unusual manner (dark satire). JOSOB deserves and has earned a bit of recognition for some of his work effort pertaining to reporting on crime. I merely wonder if there are Pulitzer nomination forms for web bloggers? There certainly should be, if there is not.

Do be careful. A lot of those connected with the Tea Party event organizers are also behind pushing for regressive tax policy schemes like Fair and Flat Tax schemes. Especially, the local Kansas City Fair Tax, Flint Hills, Koch Industries and KS AFP people.

Finally, in regard to DHS Secretary Report classifying almost every American as some kind of terrorist, this may and should result in the first voluntary Abomination resignation in Barry's cabinet. I personally volunteered as a vet to be placed on DHS's list. I recommend everyone else volunteer too. I am pretty certain I am already on several lists in Washington as it is. Proudly.

He merely omitted some of them including my $250,000 earmark request to study and research how to end earmark nonsense-I am assuming my request was denied meaning I will have to come up with something even more bogus for FY 2011. Porkball time. Data is now available on Kansas's Congressman's porkball winners via the tax and spend politicans. I will be doing a detailed analysis of this new round of pork through and after the Easter holiday. I have to file my own congressional campaign reports and other federal documents this week.

Generally, when I do an analysis of this data, I look to see if there is any connection related to the operation of the federal government. If not, its not just an earmark, its porkball. I also look at whether the pork is to what level of government operations-federal, state, county, local or not related to government at all.

More on this later. It merely takes a while to do an important and in-depth analysis of all this federal porkball giveaway we all pay for.

Demiwants want crap and trap

Due to all the socialistic youthful misguided dem nut idealism, it seems a few new words are appropriate to be added to the political lexicon-demiwants, demiwantists (the collective of the fiscally irrational socialists) and demiwantism (ridiculus silly doomed political ideology).

I keep noticing dem leaders like Barry in his abominable speeches; as well as, and in particular, KS dem blog people's favorite clause in blog writings seems to be "I want". I want this and I want that. Including a naive idea generally referred to "I want a free lunch" mentality. And demiwants always naturally want someone else to pay for it. Like me-- an intellectually enlightened, rational fiscal conservative, but still compassionate anti-demiwant. Compassion in this context means pity for broke-ass demiwants too lazy to work.

So let's stop calling them democrats and call them what they are-demiwants or demiwantists espousing demiwantism as a political ideology that has failed over and over throughout the entire history of mankind. Now this is the exact opposite ideology of old-time, pre-Bush GOP people who liked to state, "I am willing to pay x taxes for the services promised in the United States Constitution" based on a long-lost idea called fiscal responsibility, accountability and conservatism.

So, the question is what tax scheme, con job or shell game will Barry use to pay for all this demiwantism? Crap and Trap, aka Cap and Trade. Barry was slick and artful in his pre-election rhetoric regarding promising not to raise the taxes on all individuals making less than the arbitrary 250,000. After election, he broke that promise like a typical politican with buried taxes in the SCHIP legislation. (61 cent Cigarette Sales Tax).

Crap and Tax (huge taxes on your utility bill) is merely the next socialistic thinly veiled tax scheme by these demiwants. So technically, crap and tax is not a direct tax on individuals unlike the outright pre-election lie like the cigarette tax was. It's a pass-thru or indirect tax scheme to pay for all this demiwant socialism. So it's important politically going forward to understand Barry's tax agenda will be indirect, pass-thru taxes beyond rational belief.

Hopefully, crap and trap will be flushed down the toilet. Even a few dems understand crap and trap is a horrible idea that will only result in lots of political backlash resulting in a lot of GOP people getting elected in 2010. But still, there has to be a new dem nut tax scheme and the demiwants will give it a creative name like Save America Economic Stimulus Package or something similar.

In regard to prior posts, I commented how Barry's only success to date was related to space off the planet earth since his domestic and foreign agenda was not working. With the G-20 and NATO summit(s), we are seeing him expound further his "I am listening" international agenda. So I give Barry one point for attempts. While I applaud his goal of ending Bush hegemony, infringement on foreign soverigns and imperialism, Barry certainly got a lot of European rhetoric related to sending NATO troops in Afghanistan. Prior to the election, I stated if Europe likes Barry, that is not a good thing.

Europe wants the US to continue to pay for their country's national defense from international terrorists. That way, their respective countries unlike the US, can continue to focus on their own country's domestic agenda. Ironically, this tricky European plan has been working to the detriment of our domestic agenda making us look pretty naive. I merely suggest we should pull all of our troops out of Europe and make Europeans take responsibilty economically and with their lives to be responsible for all thier own country's protection from international terrorists and each other. The best reason-I want to hear all the crying by the wussy European socialists.

Finally, tomorrow is Gate's DOD 2010 534 billion dollar budget proposal including around 69 billion in supplemental funding for Iraq. With dem nuts in control, one would rationally expect to see a decrease in the DOD budget to help finance all this domestic socialism. Nope. DOD increase. The fiscal irresponsiblity of demiwants merely continues until around 2010 election time.

Nuclear Danger: Merriam Mayoral Election Time

Ahh, the wonders of spring. Flowers are blooming. Birds and bugs are returning. Romantics have delusional fantasies about getting lucky with love. That time of the year for optimists to write about how the the KC Royals will have a really good baseball team until the season opener. Time to set Nietzsche and Ayn Rand books back on the bookshelves. The local police departments are busy setting up their hidden speed traps because the weather is warmer.

It's that time of the year that Katy Horner, actress and drama queen at KCTV5 turns every drop of rain into some ungodly unnatural weather event that is going to kill everyone. Plus, its that time for one of my personal favorite NASCAR-like event-the fun of going to the local Post Office April 15 to watch all the phoney-baloney desperate tax cheats drive around at 1 minute to midnight in some small parking lot.

It's always entertaining to watch them drive by with their well-earned paranoia. These special people all have the same look-"hey, can I get away with this tax scheme this year." And if your smiling right now, it's only because you identify. If it helps your tax anxiety, yes we here at the federal government do record your license plate numbers on April 15. Just look to the left, right, up and down. You will see most of the hidden camera(s).

Regardless of spring's many wonders, it's dangerous to be anywhere near Merriam, Kansas. Petty and insignicant events like a N. Korea missle launch is yawn time because around here, it's mayoral election time. Our staff of qualified risk assessors tend to point to a high probability around the level of nuclear. This is like a full moon-crashing into-earth time.

It's that time of the year the media circus converges on Merriam because they know something crazy is going to happen because it's another time for city elections. This spring is the four-year media special-pick a mayor time election.

It's also a dangerous time for me to write about Merriam city elections. Because every time I do, out comes the city goon squad or the ultra-conservative right wing nutjobs which usually results in me getting to talk to Judge Draco again at the local municipal kangaroo court. This year, maybe I can be anticipatory and just show up in court and plead guilty before ever being charged with any fabricated allegation. When Draco asks what I am guilty of, I'll just say "why, when did that ever matter?" Just do like usual. "Make up something."

Gee, what a surprise. Dangerous nuts from California. Not those pestachios. I am talking about Crazy Nancy Pelosi. Recall her. She is far more dangerous. I am certainly glad the liberal media stopped giving her so much TV time. Either that, or dem insiders finally figured it was better to keep her low profile so she could try to at least recover some of her sanity.

Furthermore, what is about dem tax cheats like Kansas Gov, Kate Gilligan Sebelius. In prior posts, I stated this elitest was above the law. She merely proved my prior writings. So, I am not surprised by her cheating on her taxes in complete disregard of the law. Or, prior dem cabinet nominees. More broadly than merely Kate's cheating, what is it with all these high ranking dems total disregard for honesty and not complying with the law tell the IRS and us about the Dem Party?

Why dems cannot look for every law abiding tax loophole like the GOP is beyond me. Regardless, send dangerous dem nuts like Pelosi back to California. And please, keep Kate in DC. Both the GOP and Dem Party were happy in bipartisan support of her getting the hell out of Kansas. Nice post Michelle Malkin for calling her Kate Taxbelius.

Finally, tip of the hat to that 28 year old Ohio guy's brilliant legal defense that he only drank 15 or so beers after wrecking his bar stool car. Good try, creative one. I am sure the judge will really love such an inventive legal defense. You should run for political office provided you are not a dem tax cheat named Tom, Bill, Tim, Nancy, Kate, ad nauseam.

Thumbs Down: Prop K

I am glad I delayed posting on whether I favored or disfavored Prop K. This Prop K deserves a big thumbs down. For several reasons. But by reading it, you might understand why I give the thumbs down because this is not merely capping a homeowner's residential property. Whenever an organization like Flint Hills Center argues for something, I remain skeptical for good reason. Most of us understand Flint Hills is a nonprofit organized, sponsored and funded by Koch Industries out of Wichita. What I do have in common with Koch and Flint Hills is strong advocacy for smaller more efficient and effective limited forms of government including my best to come up with possible solutions that benefit all of us individuals. This includes having an abundant zeal or dislike for ever expanding tax increases in the past. Not to mention an extreme dislike for even worse more recent Barry-led socialism; or what I refer to as the Abomination.

Had Prop K been limited to only a primary residence and not to commercial and corporate interests, that would be a good thing for those on fixed incomes. Like Grandma and Grandpa so they do have to move out of their family homestead due to ever higher absurb and irrational real estate tax increases. I concur the assessment that real estate evaluations are merely another unfair and absurd scheme by the counties, instruments of the state. But I cannot support a Prop K in its current form due to portions involving non-residential property taxes. I still support capping residential primary household property taxes modeled after California Prop 13. But that cap should not include income producing or investment grade properties that are not a primary residence.

I did get an email from Dave Talbert on where this arbitrary 2% annual cap came from. Quoting, Dave emailed me this March 24:

The fixed 2% rate is designed to government a slight hedge against inflation. It could just as easily be 0%. The problem with it being tied to inflation is that the annual change would be far less predictable, especially given the unknown consequences of injecting so much government spending into the system. Also, wages tend not to keep up in periods of high inflation and taxpayers wouldn’t have the ability to pay the increased tax under those circumstances.

Taxpayers can always appeal their valuations under Proposition K but we are very deliberately moving away from a ‘market-based’ system to one that is based on everyone having a fixed and proportional share of maintaining government. Most properties appreciate over time and their appraised values have increased significantly in the last 10 years (65% on existing housing statewide). So sorry Dave. Thumbs down on Prop K until such time as this arbitrary cap only applies to primary homes of Kansans. My goal as a congressional candidate cannot and will not be for the purposes of seeing Koch Industries or any other commerial investment properties pay less or cap their real estate taxes. My campaign is for the individual. Get Dennis Moore on Koch's board. He supports corporates since his campaigns are well funded by them. And Moore has certainly not done anything related to keeping our real estate property taxes reasonable. Moore likes big government. And even more, he likes special interest big business campaign contributions. Hence, why he just received that award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for being pro-business, pro-government and anti-individual.

So when looking at Prop K, be skeptical. Don't presume this is a good deal only targeted to residential property owners. It is not. Its all buried in the bill. Its merely another tax scheme that only looks good on the surface.

So its back to drawing board regarding keeping grandpa and grandma in their family homes while the counties are doing everything they can to take that family home away with outrageous rising real estate taxes to further expand county governments.

So Dave, get back with me when this only applies to individual homeowners. So for now, thumbs down on yet again, another tax scheme by, and for the rich-Prop K. And hopefully someday in Kansas, we will get an organization and any politican that supports the individual instead of some profit-making enterprise/big government.

Warning: Regressive Tax Schemes Expected

This post is merely a warning to be wary for tax reform nutjobs that keep wanting to shovel tax con schemes down our taxpayer throat. Like regressive tax schemes like the Fair Tax, Flat Tax and Consumption Tax-all regressive tax schemes. I favor progressive tax reform provided there is a cap to limit and even reduce these ever-expanding government bureaucracies.

It is important to understand that a regressive tax is one that causes those who can least afford to pay taxes, to pay more. While the rich only pay a set amount. For example, a Fair Tax, a Flat Tax or Consumption Taxes are all regressive tax schemes cooked up by the rich. When the Fair and Flat Tax schemes failed around 2006, the politicans slowly increased forced consumption taxes on you. Other examples of a regressive tax scheme is a cap on Social Security taxes, dividend exclusions and preferential capital gains rates.

Now Barry states he is going to increase taxes on the rich making over 250,000 from the 34 to the 39% bracket. That is a progressive tax which is what the middle and lower classes should be favoring. Although I prefer a lot higher progressive tax rate with more tax brackets with 80-90 percent at the top. But believe me, Barry is going to be raising all kinds of taxes not related to income. So, you are still going to have to pay more in federal taxes with buried tax increases hidden in lots of federal legislation. There is no free lunch to all this abomination stimulus.

Paying for the lunch is merely going to be buried within complex legislation including a scheme called "tax simplification". This is where the federal government will simplify or eliminate as many of your itemized deductions as possible. Now complaining about ever-expanding governments only raises the awareness. But no solution. So, the following progressive tax solutions are worth considering, realizing there are many more options that could be taken in no particular order:

1. Make all income including benefits and bonuses subject to Social Security taxes by eliminating the cap.

2. In regard to entitlement programs, ensure that only the needy receive entitlements by requiring a net worth statement to be submitted to eliminate the wealthy from applying for and receiving entitlements that are ruining entitlement programs for the needy. Including spendown provisions before being entitled to receive Medicare, Prescriptions (Part D) and Social Security benefits.

3. Stop earmarks to state, county and local governments. Earmarks should return to being applied to only fund federal agencies and federal mandates instead of funding state, county and local governments.

4. In part, I agree there is need to eliminate all the varied but lawful tax deductions. Tax deductions typical favor the rich. Poor people do not benefit from tax deductions. Although the poor do benefit from a few tax credits. All income including entitlements should be considered as taxable income with no preferences given. For example, a dollar of dividends is equal to a dollar of earned income and should be taxed the same.

5. Both the rich and the poor should pay some kind of tax via a progressive tax policy. Why should anyone be excluded from contributing to the federal and state tax buckets.

6. Consolidate all federal taxes instead of having many federal taxes. Most people focus only on the federal income taxes. But, there are many various federal taxes. There are so many taxes at all levels, it's hard to compile a list of all of them. Part of the problem is there are direct and indirect taxes adding to the complexity. Ditto on other governments reducing all their varied direct and indirect taxes below the federal government.

7. Put into effect controls on the growth of all government tax receipts based on a common index like CPI. Federal clear to the municipal level. There has to be an check and balance on politicans. There is this huge tendency by politicans to keep growing governments requiring corresponding increases in various and creative tax schemes.

8. Eliminate tax deferred and tax exempt income, stock options and bonuses that result in constructive income but exclusion from federal taxes.

9. The most important point might be to stop asking and expecting the federal government to provide and fund non-federal programs by taking back personal responsibility for your own stuff like savings, health care and your retirement. And the obvious and extreme need to stop squeezing middle class America-the people of this country that work for a living.

And that is merely a short list compiled in about ten minutes. I am sure there are many other methods to ensure everyone is paying a fair and more equitable proportional share of taxes. As well as ensuring entitlements are only limited to those that have a need for federal and state assistance.

You can always tell when government is about the right size. You ignore that government as being insignificant to you, the individual. The problem is ever since FDR, the socialism of America has continued unabated. And most economic recoveries ever since have been the result of war. Most of which have been infringing on some other nation's sovereignity.

To critics, I had to keep this post pretty short. To address fully tax policies in America requires a far more detailed and elaborate writing. I am merely giving a condensed version here as what really should be an entire book.

Future Post: In regard to Prop K being considered by the Kansas legislature, I still need to ensure that Prop K only applies to residential property. I have already determined the 2% increase in value, but not taxes per year is an arbitrary figure. I am leaning to supporting Prop K. I just need to do more research on the skeptical side.

Progressive Politics: Tea Parties, Protests and Riots

We are heading in a natural progression caused by fiscally irresponsible congressional spending starting with Bush and being expanded by Barry by quantum leaps. A pendulum that swings in the upper quadrant of lack of fiscal responsibilty. And we call this pendulum swing in the upper political quadrant Progressive Politics.

The progression started tea parties, followed by protests which soon will lead to worse things like riots and strikes. Note the quick progression. February, civil tea parties. March, protests aimed at AIG. It is well-known there are going to be more tea parties in April and maybe this time, not so civil. So its easy to anticipate riots and strikes are to follow soon. So Barry better hurry up and arm the Brown shirts and Gestapo. Barry's getting ready.

Only the novice fails to understand that someone has to pay for all this stimulus nonsense by increases in lots of taxes And naturally, who derived the most benefit--corporate America and big government. And who is going to have to pay for it-the middle class.

Today, the health reform group formed by Barry released their alleged and gigged pro-Abomination health care status report. Heavily favoring forced health insurance for all-a deceptive lead-in to nationalization of health care. And their consensus to pay for this subsidy-tax health insurance benefits. Meaning middle class America pays for it.

During 2005 while campaigning, I heard loud and clear that middle class America rightfully was the most upset of any political economic group. They understood the rich and corporate America was not paying their fair share of proportional taxes. They did understand if you tax corporate America, generally going to only result in higher prices as a pass thru tax. Nor were they happy they as the working class had to subsidize the burden of the lower classes either.

So the middle class is mad getting squeezed by both economic groups. An opinion I concur with. But being an advocate for the poor and those on fixed incomes, I did my best to argue who the true enemy of the middle class is and remains that way-big government and big corporates. In fact, big corporates are really more in charge of the federal government than any other special interest group having bought so many politicans. And it remains that way as evidenced by all these bailouts to corporate America that you the middle class has to pay for. As well as your future generations.

Basically, there remains three special interest enemies still squeezing the middle class--the greedy corporates, their bribed politicans and big and ever-expanding big governments over the entire political spectrum from the federal clear to the municipal government level. So, one suggestion is stop re-electing these free-spending politicans that always have an excuse ready that your reduced standard of living is always somebody else's fault. But not theirs. I was glad to see an increase in middle class America voting in 2006 and expect that trend to continue.

There was no mention in the health care forum about reigning in the costs of health care greed. Merely ideas on how to maintain and improve health care profits. So, if you go to tea parties, start protesting and that leads to riots and strikes. I get it.

As a matter of fact, I wonder what took you so long. Be careful out there. I would never advocate for violent or unlawful behavior. Keep your rightful and justified anger in check, lawful and civil. And don't expect someone else will rectify your middle class problems for you. It is your responsiblilty. You voted these yahoos into office and its your responsibility to get rid of them.

Wanted: Elites for Kansas Cavalry

Honest. There is an elitist group in Kansas called the Kansas Cavalry, Inc. See for yourself at: http://www.kansascavalry.org/ where on the application for membership clearly you must consider yourself to be elite.

Head elite is none other than Kansas Gov. Kate Gilligan Sebelius. (Commander in Chief of elites). Knowing Kate, I already knew she always considered herself special because after all, she was born with a silver spoon and would never associate with anyone that was not just like her. With the exception of George Killer Tiller, who has contributed over $40,000 to her campaigns to date. However, this is the first time time I have seen her head an organization that states explicitly they are elites just like she considers herself.

Claiming to be an elitist is bad enough. Heading an elitist organization is even worse. So, I hope during her confirmation hearing, someone will ask her if she considers herself to be the head of elite organization called the Kansas Cavalry.

On the other hand, if you support partial birth abortions like Kate, like democratic socialism and nationalizing health care, you might consider submitting your application to the Kansas Cavalry at the link posted above. Ride your horse on over. Bring your scissors just in case along the way, someone needs a partial birth abortion.

So, my goal here is the hope that during her confirmation hearings for HHS Secretary, someone inquires as whether she is the head of an organization named the Kansas Calvary that requires you to be elite like herself that favors partial birth abortion, socialism and nationalization of health care. As well as ask her what is her real hair color. One would think an elite would know how to dye their eyebrows to match their dyed hair.

So Kate, get on your elitist horse, Killer the Tiller and get the hell out of Kansas. Take your partial birth abortion scissors, hair dye and broom with you. Please send me your new address so I can send a glad you are leaving gift. Plus I might need the new address for service of legal process someday.

Author Thomas Frank should have included a conspiracy of elites like the Kansas Cavalry in his book, "What's the Matter with Kansas". The more I find about this lady, the more I understand why both dems and GOP people are thrilled she is finally leaving Kansas.

BFD Syndrome: New Rapidly Spreading Disease

BFD Syndrome is spreading rapidly. Barry's Freaking Disaster Syndrome. Also known by several other names. Your call.

The cause of this disease process is directly related to prior unrealistic delusions of socialistic fantasy being slowly crushed after wasting trillions of dollars resulting in a huge economic and emotional depression including symptoms such as not wanting to blog very often, ignoring your 50 cent k plan (Barry's promise for change), or even worse, not going shopping at the local Target or Walmart store for worthless crap from China. (China is now threatening us what we better do because of all these not so "free trade agreements").

The syndrome is more pronounced and more devasting to young idealistic democrats. Plus, this syndrome is highly contagious. So avoid all dems in general. Especially those that call themselves progressives-aka-liberals, socialists and commies. BFD syndrome also is spreading to GOP types. However, in GOP types, the syndrome results in anger leading to lots of dem job layoffs for retribution for electing Barry. Expect layoffs to continue until GOP people are properly treated with huge massive tax cuts and far less dem pork.

Signs of BFD syndrome include acts of desperation in trying to get any dem that is not a criminal vetted for the Treasury Department. In addition, Russians are behind spreading this syndrome via their long range bombers. Why nuke America when you can just spread some BFD syndrome around. And the real war with Mexican drug merchants is really about the lacing of pot with this BFD syndrome.

To treat BFD syndrome takes a while. A permanent solution to BFD syndrome is expected to be available in about 1400 days or so until we get a legal American citizen elected as President instead of some Kenyan. So it is well known the fantasy syndrome started somewhere in Kenya.

Barry Desperation: Lots of Locke

Barry is really getting desperate to fill his Cabinet. Not too lucky. Barry's desperation is so bad, he is now looking at former worthless dem governors. Review the following qualifications on his latest pick from the bottom of the former Dem Gov barrel for Commerce Secretary:

"Locke was briefly linked to the scandal over foreign contributions to President Bill Clinton's 1996 campaign. In July 1998, he gave a deposition to the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight about his relationships with questioned Clinton donors. But the committee subsequently said the deposition produced no evidence that Locke knowingly accepted illegal campaign donations.

Locke denied any wrongdoing, and he subsequently returned some checks tied to people implicated in the fundraising scandal, including $750 from John Huang. The former Commerce Department official was the Democratic Party's chief fund raiser for the Asian-American population in the 1996 elections, and he became one of the central figures in the national Democratic Party fundraising scandal.

Also, in December 1997, Locke's political committee was fined a maximum $2,500 by state regulators after it admitted breaking campaign finance laws during two out-of-state fundraisers in 1996.

And in March 1998, state investigators cleared Locke of wrongdoing following complaints that he unlawfully took $10,000 in campaign contributions from members of a Buddhist church." (Courtesy of MSNBC).

I could see Locke in charge of raising more illegal campaign funds for DNC. But at least if he gets locky, he should be able to do the same thing as the Commerce Secretary. As far as tonight's speech goes, the timing makes sense. Every time the stock market moves up, Barry gives a speech. His goal is to make your 401(k) plan a .50 cent (k) plan in his redistributon of your wealth scheme-the Abomination. Lots of Locke tomorrow on the stock market. Consider buying a PowerBall ticket.

Moore Rhetoric Protest: Abomination Snowball Effect

There were certainly a lot of people attending the Moore Rhetoric Porkulus Protest than even I expected. Which is pretty amazing the number that appeared considering the temperature being in the twenties and most of us only heard about this event Thursday thanks to Michelle Malkin. People were leaving as fast as they were arriving due to the cold weather. So, it will be almost impossible to get an accurate head count.

There really was not that much organization to the event for the time I was there. Most of the protest signs were made pretty darn quickly. It was a like a create a campaign sign contest with little time to prepare. The O.P. Police were there sitting in their cars(thanks), parking was limited to residential areas, and everyone had to stand next to the street with their signs of protest. I got there early and had to park 2 1/2 blocks away in a residential area.

But the real event was the number of people that did come to protest. People driving by tended to be supportive with their horn honks.

The bottom line here is there are a lot of people that are upset with the incumbent and the whole abomination. Especially after the Rick Santelli rant on CNBC Thursday over the mortgage bailout fiasco. Hope is turning to anger. How can Barry screw this up so quickly?

On a sidenote, its interesting to see how most of the TV media ignored the event. Which probably explains one of the reasons for the growth of political blogs in this area. People, including myself are tired of all the local media bias here in Kansas City. We cannot trust the local media and have to resort to blogs.

I did go over and introduce myself to Amanda Grosserode, the event organizer; as well as thank her. I am sure she was overwhelmed by this high a turnout. I hope we meet again and she plans more events like this in far better weather conditions. I also talked to a few the people there to get some feedback on why they were there.

One of the people I met is organizing another event Saturday, Feb. 28. This event is a tea party one mile walk. It starts at 10:00 at the J.C. Nichols Parkway, just east of the Plaza ending at Senator Claire McCaskill's office at 4141 Pennsylvania.

The organizer suggests everyone bring some tea. I still like the idea of bring beans and cornbread to go along with the pork we are paying for. Maybe the event organizer of the Tea Party Walk will consider rescheduling for a better day on the weekend so more people can attend. Hopefully, the weather will be better also.

For 750 or so people to attend today's event in twenty degree weather indicates we have some problems to deal with in America. And the abomination is not the answer. Expect the crowds to get bigger and bigger as the abomination snowball effect worsens. Like when Barry starts talking health care reform next week. Expect an avalanche instead of only a snowball.

Open Invitation: Guest Blog Authors Wanted

One thing I learned in politics is to welcome diversity of thought. Regardless of political affiliation. So, for a while, I want to give an invitation to those who can write well related to what we can do better than the current yahoo politicians. Generally via essays. But do not want the pain of maintaining their own blog on a regular basis. So my goal is to provide a medium for serious authors. Even socialist dem authors so we can all make fun of them.

Being snarky, using satire, and humor, wrapped around serious political thought is a plus. Passion is great provided you don't rant and preach all the time. Or go negative all the time, while having no solutions to anything. What you write has to be related to making political thought better than what we currently are getting from most of these crappy politicans we have elected.

As far as technical matters, the only requirement to allow you to be a blog author is a valid email. While I prefer those who have courage to use their real name, upon request I will allow you to be anonymous or use a pen name.

Kateism: Resorting to a cheap statutory trick to do whatever a narcissistic, elitest dem governor wants to do; regardless of the rest of the legislature. Or in the alternative, Katism. Your call-apply as relevant.

Well, we had to give the Kansas Budget battle some kind of ism. What a cheap trick by a socialist governor to save face politically. A process known in some blogs as KateGate. The power of allotment ignoring most parts of the statute--like how it requires 30 days notice before it becomes effective.

Now from my experiences, I know every governor named Kate thinks she is above the law and ignores statutory compliance when it is inconvenient for all those advocates of Kateism. I remember a few years back asking for Kate people to comply with the Kansas Open Records Act and produce communication between a certain GOV and her cronyily appointed friend, the KS Dir. of Revenue.

And honest to my higher power (before judges she is the boss of), had the audacity to state in writing, there was no communication between her friend and her. Now that is Kateism. So having the ability to be able to unbelievably lie in a court of law via an All Nazi-like attorney just because you are the judge's boss is also a necessary part of Kateism. I was subjected to KateGate.

Another factor important in Kateism is desperation about getting a new job. Like Secretary of HHS or something similar. Because getting elected as a Senator in a Republican state is nothing but pure fantasy. Also, per Kateism fly all over in a turboprop plane on the taxpayer's dime to places like CA, DC and anywhere else so you can ignore one's current job until it is crisis time. Also, search for and find any part of statute that is even remotely close to save face politically. Like yesterday. And wham! Skip the other parts of the statute--they are not important to advocates of Kateism.

The final factor-motivation. Apply Kateism when you are facing the attention of the national media for creating a budget crisis in the first place because you were too busy flying around trying to get another job instead of doing the duties of the job you are presenting in. As well as use spin to blame the legislature or anyone else for messes one has created by using Kateism.

To all this power of allotment nonsense, I say hell with the Presidential line item veto. Give Barry some Kateism including power of allotment. When you do though, skip the 30 day notice requirement statutory nonsense as provided in K.S.A. 75-3722 and hope the legislature allows you to get away with it.

Net Worth Tax Reform Proposal

The delusion fantasy of the first of many rounds of the abomination stimulus package is over at a projected cost of over a trillon dollars counting today's mortage stimulus. And that is not counting further bailouts of economically unviable auto makers. Help GM and Chrysler avoid pain by saving your tax dollars by demanding politicans force them to take bankruptcy.

Rightfully, now depressed socialist dems along with the rest of us whom knew better that be fooled, it's still not too late to look forward and get ready ahead of time for the next round. Massive tax increases to pay for the delusional bribe. Which I suggest we consider a major tax reform package based on net worth.

The abomination is the classic Greek with an inital bribe or gift in hand--a trojan horse. So now that he has access, he can rob you on the backside in major tax increases slipped into appropriation bills like SCHIP. Bush did it. Barry is going to do it next. Here, take this stimulus and feel delusion for a while longer. So I can take it back in massive tax increases to pay for the fantasy.

Trying to still be optimistic going forward despite the Abomination performance to date, now might be the time to go forward with a massive overhauling of the IRS. To which I suggest a fair tax system worth consideration is a net worth tax reform.

Albeit it with the following cavaet. It must result in an overall reduction of federal tax receipts unlike the "Fair Tax", "Flat Tax" or any other regressive GOP-led tax scheme like a consumption tax. By ensuring a reduction in total federal collection of tax receipts thereby reduces the size of the federal government; instead of the Abomination plan that seems to want further expand federal agencies even more. Which is going to require expected and forthcoming tax increases to pay for the delusional abomination.

It is an obviously inherently unfair tax system. The richer you are, the richer you get by manipulation of the tax code regardless of your net worth. For example, Social Security tax limits. Why is this capped?

Well . . . because the rich benefit from it. While those who cannot afford expensive tax attorneys and CPA's, pay more in taxes. Especially, middle class America. Middle class America keeps getting screwed worse than most on the one hand. But then on the other hand, strangely gets buffaloed at election time and re-elects the same yahoo con artist politicans over and over that screwed them. This defines irrational behavior.

Now is the time for a net worth tax reform. Require a person to declare their net worth. And then get rid of all these schedules that allow the rich to avoid paying their proportionate share of taxes by legal manipulation of the tax code. Its either net worth tax reform reducing tax receipts, or learn somehow to lawfully manipulate the tax code like the rich do. Demand all income that increases net worth regardless of source be taxed. And get rid of all those tax schedules. Basically, the only form that should be required in a net worth tax reform proposal is a 1040.

Also, any tax increases should not be allowed to be buried in bills. There should be a clear declaration of any attempts to increase any federal tax revenue to be clearly listed at the beginning of any proposed legislation. Instead of lying some more about transparency.

Barry screwed up the stimulus. But with your voices, scream net worth tax reform with reductions in federal tax receipts before it is too late. And we can ensure we did not get screwed by seeing a reduction in net tax receipts by any government.

More than a ship has gone aground

HONOLULU -The USS Port Royal ran aground on Thursday evening, about a half-mile south of the Honolulu airport where it was visible from several vantage points on Oahu. Not the only thing running aground.

This is Barry's fault and demonstrates how bad things have gotten since he took over. If McCain was our President, this would not have happened. Barry thinks he is Abe Lincoln and most dems think he is FDR-like because he is after all, a big copy-cat new deal socialist.

However, Barry's leadership style is not FDR-like at all. Other than being a big deficit spending Japanese-like free spending socialist. Rhetorically, I wonder if the the Japanese blame FDR for their decade of socialism failures. While politics in DC remain the same as before. Clueless. But despite history, this does not stop dems from "its our turn to waste money" mentality and be equally fiscally irresponsible and waste money on many worthless pork projects.

Barry's first weeks of his presidency reminds me of Jimmy Carter. Well intentioned, but indecisive leadership. Barry's presidency is already running aground showing a lack of executive decision making ability after only three weeks in office. But what did everyone expect from a rookie Senator?

On the positive side, Barry is demonstrating his one and only strength is mastering catchy words like, change, hope and urgent. Like Congress must be urgent in passing the abomination budget before anyone can determine whether it makes sense or not. Which only assures us it does not.

Which I am sure we will all be regretting by about Tuesday. Our ship has run aground because the captain is not much of a skipper. Plus the co-captain, crazy Nancy states we will lose 500 million jobs a month if Congress does not pass this budget. But there is always good news. Only 47 more months until we get a new and real President. And hopefully, Nancy Pelosi will be one of those 500 million people who will lose their jobs even sooner.

Because this time, it will be really easy to find pork, but not the beef in the massive hog gone wild abomination appropriation bill soon to be finally passed by those dem socialists.

Now I have to admire Crazy Nancy Pelosi tactics during the long hog gone wild dem arguments. Just keep asking for more and more socialism. And then agree to cutbacks from 930 billion to 780 billion to force the GOP to give up. Regardless, 780 billion of hog wild socialism is enough to make me stop watching C-Span and switch to Fox News.

I have been so depressed by all this pork, I have been unable to blog in disgust. When this hog gone wild appopriation bill gets passed next week, I think Congress should mandate beans to go with all the pork we are being served here.

SoapBox Day for Civil Rights Activists

Today is an important day for me as a humble civil rights activist. So, today is a SoapBox Day. No humor. Just a humble one time a year reflection.

As a civil rights activist, I studied better civil rights activists to see why they were so successful. Gandhi, MLK, Mother Teresa and Cesar Chavez. As well as not so famous civil rights activists like Dr. Phil and Oprah. Almost forgot to include the 13th Dali Lama so I can get affirmation of why I am so happy. (Excuse the edit).

They all advocated for a cause greater than themselves. They all favored non-violence. They found what was common despite their individual differences; while not interfering in their individual non-commonality. And because of it, they united masses of followers who believed in that greater common cause to fight social injustice.

On the other side of the equation, dividers do just that. They divide groups by classification to keep them from uniting. Create division within so they fight with other; instead of speaking in unity. Like Bush, the great divider has done. And don't forget his major source of inspiration, Satan. (aka Dick). Divide and conquer at all costs to keep people from uniting. That way, Bush and Satan could continue to promote their secret agenda of a new world order with things like "free trade agreements". They are not free to workers in America and their hidden, but not transparent agenda is the creation of this new world order for the benefit of the super-rich.

So I remain convinced that we, the people need to fight division and divide and conquer strategies. And the major tool of division remains these classification schemes. Race, ethnicity, ancestry, gender, religion, geographic location, economic status, etceteras.

Anything to keep groups of people from uniting tends to perpetuate social injustice. So a few in power can use their authority to control and prevent our unity.

So, I will continue to believe classification schemes will continue to keep us divided as a nation. And I oppose classification schemes as that civil rights activist. There is only one classification I support. Your birth. If you are born in America, you are an American-American. And that simple classification unites us.

So if you are born here, your uniting classification based on your birth is American. Just like mine. We need to avoid dividing ourselves by tolerating classification schemes. Or even worse, classifying ourselves by claiming to be some variation of X-American. Finally, the worst is allowing others to classify us. The major offenders are the governments themselves.

By claiming to be an American-American, we are united and can speak in unity for social justice because of that one simple fact. Or one step further, claim to be A World-American. Speak out for our unity when others try to divide us American-Americans by classification schemes.

When the census workers come to your house and ask your classification, just claim I was born here so I am merely an American just like you. Refuse to answer or ignore Census questions not related to your birth. And that's the only way we should all want to be classified. And more than likely, they will refuse to allow you to merely be an American. They will do the same thing as they did in 2000 and merely claim your native country is Other. Welcome to the United States of Other.

Whatever any governing body tries to classify you, merely ask them what power and authority made them suddenly anthropologists entitled to violate state and federal non-discrimination laws.

For example, if you are are pulled over in Kansas by a local law enforcement official, make him explain to you how they have been instructed to be able to classify your race/ethnicity. Also ask law enforcement officials why they are above federal and state laws as they ignore the law by knowingly, wilfully and intentionally violating the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when issuing ticket citations. And one of my personal favorites, why do we have precinct committee members based on one's sexual organs-their gender? Shouldn't we elect the best qualified people without regard to their sex organs and seek compliance with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination?

And rhetorically, do sexist Ombudsmen hate women? Why are there not more Ombudspersons? Why do we have sexist titles like Madam Secretary in the federal government? What's wrong with just being Secretary of some cabinet post with adding some sexism to it?

When any organization asks you to classify yourself, merely state: "Sorry, I am not an anthropologist." Or, "I cannot. I do not have any scientific basis to unjustly divide myself by making a self-declaration of ambiguous terms like race/ethnicity". Tell them "you decide based on my skin color for me".

Or ask them if why you can't resort to how society judges you--as a native American born in America. Being born here makes you native to America. Where you reside is the common definition of being a native of that geographic location. Your birth does not make you a native to some country or continent based on some distant connection to some immigrant many years ago.

Or go to the other extreme if you are a bible-thumper and claim, don't know? What nationality, race and ethic group was Adam and Eve? All I know is I was made in the image of God. Not sure where God was born. Although most of us men know God had to be a woman or there would not be shopping malls.

If you are in court, ask the judge to determine your race/ethnicity for you. They really like that. Surely, their legal education and solemn oaths to uphold all laws like the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Civil Rights Act should make judges qualified to also be anthropologists.

Or, for those that want be to be classified based on your skin color, take a picture of your skin and go to some hardware store. Ask them to scan and tell you what your skin pigments are. And then, paint your walls that skin color so you will be invisible in your own home to surprise your significant other when they come home. Boy, will they be surprised by your ingenuity so much, they might suggest you better go paint the doghouse because more than likely, you will be living there for a while. Finally, when someone asks you to classify yourself, just hand them your paint sample.

Has there been social injustice because of classification schemes. You betcha. And social injustice will continue as long as we allow these dividing and conquer schemes to continue.

So in ending, I hope Barry regardless of some of his stupid economic theories, merely classifies us and him as belonging to only one class. The American Class.

Delusions of Grandeur: Obamamania

Barry further demonstrates why he is now the new manic leader of John Nash with his delusions of grandeur because he now wants to write a new "declaration of independence". Its like the original version written in 1776 is not good enough.

Or, is Barry diverging down that path of megalmania? Or like a schizophrenic, is Barry's personality merely splitting in both directions? Regardless, the pressure of being President-elect has made him start appearing a tad bit crazy.

First, what nation is Barry declaring independence from? What usurpations of the Fantasy Express suddenly require a new Declaration of Independence. This is a dem appropriation bill. No wonder Barry states no earmarks will be allowed. Because all the dem pork is included. Not to be overlooked, Barry states he is going to create around 600,000 new federal jobs for dem cronies as part of his Jobamaunism Plan. (20% of 3 million jobs will be federal). Just what a rotten economy needs--600,000 more dem socialist federal bureaucrats.

Barry has sold his soul cooking to special interests and every dem politican in DC. And the billions keep being added daily to the soup pan as the the cost of the soup is getting closer and closer to costing a trillion dollars of national debt. And that's just this year. Who knows what he is going to cook up for FY 10? Probably shoe leather stew.

While concurrently, Barry's spending on infrastructure keeps shrinking. Total appropriations for infrastructure is now down to a palty 90 billion of the currrent estimated abomination of 825 billion. $825,000,000,000.00. Plus or minus a wooden nickel or two.

Barry 's soup is making the classic political error. Try to appease every socialist special interest known to man. Including all these whiny state governors. And all his plan will do is fail to stimulate much of anything. Same old DC. A narrowly tailored stimulus focused on infrastructure might have kept the pot from boiling over. But here, this soup is overflowing from all the pork added.

Expect the recession to grow to a depression as long as Barry "FDR" Hoover is in charge. The Fantasy Express honeymoon is over. Time for us taxpayers to eat some Depression soup for a long, long time.

I must not be depressed during a Fantasy Express depression. We all can still have some good times during this upcoming Depression. Attitude and humor is the key to staying happy while eating all this Depression Soup.

Jobamaunism

Barry promises to give us Jobamaunism. Social welfare of 3 million jobs. He won't give a timetable for a good reason. From Nov. 07 to Nov. 08, there was actual job growth in total employment from the year before from 233 million to 234 million. (US DOL Bureau of Labor Management).

This small increase in total employment is due to new workers (new graduates and unlawful immigrants); representing an overall increase in US population of people that can work. (305 million people are in America from the latest US Census estimate).

So, as the US population continues to increase, naturally there will be a net gain in jobs at some point in time merely due to an increase in population. And Barry realizes this. So, it should be fairly easy at some point in the next four years for 3 million new jobs regardless of any socialist budgets/abomination.

Now on Barry's web site, the Abomination-Biden plan projects job increase of 1 million due to "infrastructure"socialism and five million jobs due to "green jobs" whatever that is, from a new socialist budget of around 800 billion dollars. A total estimate of 6 million new jobs. So Barry is hedging in his public speeches from what they write on his own web site by 3 million jobs; or simply can't add, or forgot.

Now a gain of 3 million jobs by any reason amounts to a scant 2% increase in total US employment. Whoppie. The cost of Barry's job proposal (the abomination) is roughly 3,000,000 new jobs/800,000,000,000 dollars. So, this equates to spending 266, 666 dollars per job. Good job, Barry except for not being able to add.

Now on Friday, we get the December employment and unemployment numbers. The rate of unemployment is supposed to be not as bad as November. The current estimates are we only lost around 430,000 jobs in December as compared to the prior of month of 588,000. The November total of umemployed was 10.3 million for an unemployment rate of 6.7%. (Mainly educated democrats). Not to mention the democrats that are too lazy to work at all and are no longer counted as being unemployed.

So, we all have to ask a question. Do we really need to spend 800 billion in socialism just so Barry can brag at some point in time, what a great President he is because jobs have increased by 3 million jobs at a mere cost of 266,666 deficit dollars per job that you will pay for some time going forward? Wouldn't we get a job gain of 3 million due to population growth just by Jobama leaving things alone?

Fueling Obamunism

Get ready. In late January, the dems are going to try to raise the federal fuel tax again; as well as recommend states to do the same to pay for "stimulating" the economy by a process called Abomination.

Expect the same results as 1994. Not only do the dems want to raise the tax, they also want to index it based on inflation. And this is just one tax. Expect a dem controlled Congress to raise many taxes under Obamunism.

The current federal fuel tax is 18.4 cents a gallon. Kansas adds 25 cents. Then, there are the county and local taxes where I reside that add another 7.7 cents via local sales taxes. So the grand total per gallon is 51.1 cents per gallon. And this total is before any zany proposed increase in federal or state fuel taxes are considered.

And that tax total only only includes the direct taxes on fuel excluding taxes charged to merchants. Naturally, merchants pass taxes related to fuel to you in addition, that also adds to the cost of one gallon of gas. And for diesel, its even worse.

Currently, we are consuming 390 millions gallons of gas a day as a nation. This is a crapload of of derived tax revenue benefiting at all levels of government. Since the fuel tax revenue is declining from less consumption, the federal and state governments will be arguing for massive increases in lost revenues from fuel taxes.

So, with the economy in the tank, we are going to be penalized for driving less by a tax that never goes backwards-fuel taxes. A consumption tax. The federal and state governments love high fuel prices because they benefit while you pay. Hence, why gas prices climbed about $4 a gallon this past summer. And what will the price a gallon will be in the summer of 2009 with higher fuel taxes? Don't count on the federal or state politicians to do much about fuel prices. Remember, they benefit-you pay.

What I propose would be best for our nation is the exact opposite-lowering the fuel taxes at both the state and federal level; instead of an Obamanation's first round of "stimulation". (Adding around a trillion to the federal debt). I also believe the higher the price of gas, the tax should be reduced in direct proportion--a sliding scale; if not eliminated.

Obamunism including big government dem controlled Congress has everything backwards. Just like 1994 with a lot of FDR type socialism piled on top. History is replete that you stiffle economic recovery by raising taxes, including fuel taxes. All higher taxes and deficit spending will do, is ensure a lot longer recession.

Just so no to Obamunism including no to raising fuel taxes. As a matter of fact, demand a reduction in federal fuel taxes and any indexing should be an inverse relationship. The higher the price of gas, the lower the federal and state fuel taxes.

Prep-H your JOCO RE Taxes

Notes to self:

I have come to understand the JOCO Tax Appraiser is just like Bernie Madoff running some kind of Nazi-like Ponzi scheme with my real estate tax appraisals every year using a process called comparables.

Basically the county commission including Adolfa Beth Surbaugh decides every year how much can they can get away with. And then merely directs the appraiser to get that much money for their ever-increasing JOCO budget.

So, the county scheme merely looks for any home sale that has increased in value so they can raise my real estate taxes, again. So, I need a strategy to deal with such Ponzi schemes.

First, don’t miss deadlines to file appeals/protests of the ridiculous amount the appraiser assesses on your real estate. Also never argue comparables. This is a trap set up by the county. They want you to argue comparables. Or, tell them you will sell the county your home for the amount of appraisal. They hear this argument about 100% of the time.

Second, argue your home has depreciated because typically it has.

Third, always write tax protest on any checks used to make tax payments.

Fourth, challenge comparables on a constitutional basis, both state and federal.

Fifth, challenge comparables as a violation of the U.S. and Kansas Bill of Rights.

Sixth, challenge comparables on a statutory basis, both state and federal.

Seventh, have the neighbor you like do a real estate appraisal for presentation. They are about as qualified as the JOCO appraisers.

Eighth, start preparing to file a timely lawsuit after exhaustion of rigged state agency appeals.

Ninth, get ready to do the process again next year.

Tenth, move out of JOCO after losing argument that painting my home with Prep-H did not cause any shrinkage to my real estate taxes.

How to be politically ambiguous just like Kate

TOPEKA (AP) -- Gov. Kathleen Sebelius says she won't propose a tax increase to help solve the state's budget problems.

Sounds great with all the ambiguity and clear lack of reality; if not a total knowing, wilful and intentional distortion by Kate. When it comes to taxes and elections, most politicans to get elected all promise no increase in taxes. The problem is these politicans never get specific enough on which tax.

In the Kansas legislature, this typcially refers to your state income tax. While tricky politicans always ensure in Kansas some, or many taxes will be going up. I am not even certain of when all taxes paid to the state of Kansas last went in reverse.

Moreover, what the Kansas legislature has been doing, in addition to raising a host of taxes, is to to also shift the burden to the counties. Taxes are just shifted around politically. Just remember, county governments are merely instruments of the state. So an increase in county taxes is an increase in state taxes.

The next time a politican states they are not going to raise taxes, ask them which ones? Make them be specific instead of ambiguous. Plus as noted by Kate, notice the qualifier-"to solve the state budget". She will merely raise taxes for infrastructure; or some other ambiguous term instead of using the word "budget".

Also note the word "she". Maybe she won't. Instead, she will merely let the Kansas legislature raise several taxes. Regardless, some of your state and county taxes are going to be going up considering the reality of a billion dollar deficit. Plus, if Obama's economic abomination (socialist stimulus package) gives pork to the state of Kansas, Kansas is going to be required to contribute a portion, as well.

So Kate, where is this billion plus dollars going to come from? Not to mention the Kansas legislature still has to comply with the Kansas Supreme Court and Shawnee Co. Judge Bullock regarding increased funding to public education.

So if you want get elected as a politician, you have to master deniability and learn to be really ambiguous.

Just like our governor.

Good job KU in losing all that money on the stock market instead of distributing those endowment funds to the students as intended by the donors.

"KU Endowment, the official fundraising foundation for the University of Kansas, is cutting its distributions for scholarships, lectures and academic programs by 10 percent next school year. The foundation saw its investment portfolio decline by 39 percent - from $1.22 billion on June 30 to $747 million on Nov. 30."

KU is basically using generous endowment funds to play the market instead of giving those funds to the students. This is outrageous. Losing 473 million dollars. Instead of cutting scholarships, lectures and academic programs, fire people in charge of KU Endowment Foundation.

In addition, I suggest KU stop playing the stock market with the remaining 747 million and use those funds as intended by the donors and reduce tuition and give the the rest to KU students in the form of scholarships not based on race/gender.

Peg Bundy: Played by Nancy Pelosi
Kelli Bundy: Played by Hillary Clinton
Bud Bundy: Played by Barry Obama
Marci Darci: Played by Kate Gilligan Sebelius
Steve Darci: Played by Rod Blagojevich
Buck, the dog: GOP party

Al comes through the front door depressed about financial matters.

Peg scurries over to greet him.

Peg: AAAAALLLL, I need some money.

Kelli: Yeah dad. We need some money. Look how little you gave us the last four years.

Bud: Yeah Dad. You keep spending way too much on that Dodge.

Al: Jeez. I come home after a long day and all I hear is money, money, money. All I have is this trillion dollar credit card. Get some groceries. But don't spend it all.

Peg grabs the credit card almost tearing Al's arm off.

Peg, Kelli and Bud start laughing gleefully as they exit never looking back.

Shot fades to Buck as he looks sadly at his empty dog bowl.

Al ignores Buck and goes over to get a beer. But the refrigerator is empty. Dejected, he walks over and turns on the TV and sits down on the couch. Inserts hand into pants to comfort himself.

Time for GM commercial:

Camera pans over crappy GM Auto. Audio track sings new GM song over and over).

Time for extortion. Buy our crappy cars or you don't get your bailout money back.

Fiscal Responsibility-An analogy

First, I just want to relate a personal experience that is just like Obama's Al Bundy theory of economic recovery.

In my backyard, I had an old clotheline pole. Using man-thought, I decided it needed to be dug up since I used a thing called a clothes dryer. So, I got my son to assist. We keep digging and digging. But, we could never get to the bottom of the concrete encasement keeping the pole in the ground.

And this is just like Obama's trillion dollar Al Bundy economic theory. The economy is in a big hole. So, Barry's theory is keep digging. Pretty soon, after a few trillions dollars are sunk into the hole, Obama and the rest of America might figure out you can't dig your way out of a bad economy by digging deeper and deeper holes.

So, both my son and I arrived at the obvious conclusion. We might want to stop digging. And we just pulled the pole out of the ground. Now I know most of us men have had similar kinds of experiences, because . . . well, we are men. And women keep reminding us over and over about such things.

So would anyone tell Barry to stop digging before the hole gets to China.

Fiscal Responsibilty and Accountability

Fiscal Responsibilty. Sounds simple. Unless you are an incumbent politician. Now all politicans when they are campaigning (except Barack Obama) typically talk about being fiscally responsible. But once elected, are not.

So we keep re-electing liars back to office over and over again; while the economy is tanking, the federal deficit keeps growing and the national debt keeps going higher and higher? Beats me why they keep lying. Hence, one of the reasons I chose to run for Congress. To be honest with the voters.

For future politicans to get elected, it seems you have to learn to be a huge liar and spin this fantasy to voters to get elected. It worked for Obama. I asked myself why did the Fantasy Express con the voters; while the Straight Talk Express tanked. So to me, this is stating if one wants to improve the chances of being elected, spin fantasy, have no integrity, morals, or ethics to get more votes.

Lie like a dog. People vote for fantasy instead of reality. Obama calls fantasy change and hope. Bush called it moral character. And I call Obama's fantasy of change to mean the value of the dollar will be worth change. Around a quarter by the time he is unelected.

Unfortunately, I cannot be a liar like these kinds of politicans. Like McCain, I don't play games and win votes by spinning a fantasy. Darn integrity, ethics and morals.

So in this next series of posts, I am going to give some links so we can all see what the facts are related to our federal government. At least by providing easy links, people can understand how merely spending around a trillion in 2009 will fail. In some blogs, I refer to this Obama error of logic as the Al Bundy economic theory.

Federal spending of a borrowed trillion dollars will not stimulate the economy. It will make things worse. A free market economy is what is needed instead of socialism and government takeover of key sectors of the economy. Merely refer to FDR's history after he was elected how his economic theories failed. To which Obama is merely trying the same thing with a high probability of the same type of result.

Better Health Care: Will our current federal politicans make health care an issue?

Surely, our newly elected federal officials, both Senators and Congressman from Kansas are going to make better health care a priority issue in their representation of us. Right?

Health Care Data: The first step to solutions

The first step for finding solutions to any complex problem including better health care in America is the data gathering phase. One of the easiest ways to find solutions is to determine what others are doing better. Basically, we don't have to always reinvent the wheel.

So, let us start looking globally to see what other countries are doing. I like the following link because this international organization in Switerzland is for all practical purposes, is going to be indifferent to health care in America. Although there will be a few critics stating this international organization (World Health Organization, WHO) is advocating an agenda that might be construed to not be in our national or your best interest.

WHO issued a ranking report on global health care in 2000 that is frequently cited and referred to. WHO by their ranking criteria, ranked America 37th; despite spending more than any other nation. While also noting the top 36 countries all had some kind of socialized or national health care. The United States does not. Although President-Elect Obama is advocating for national health care insurance for all via Medicaid. More than likely, as proposed in H.R. 676 known as United States National Health Insurance Act (or the Expanded and Improved Medicare for All Act). So try this link:

In regard to one link I reviewed recently discussing health care in America, http://www.kaiser.edu.org/ provides a balanced and unbiased site discussing health care issues in detail.

Those give a starting place. There will be further links as we progress to arriving at some kind of intelligent consensus solution for how we can make better, our health care system. Expect data overload initially. But with a little bit of initial research, we can start filtering what is important and what is not.

One area that is important to focus on next will involve categories of people. While also trying to arrive at some kind of consensus on our reasonable expectations of governing bodies related to making health care better. We cannot presume that all the responsibility of your health care resides in government. It seems fair to state the ultimate responsibility of your own health care resides and should reside with the individual-you.

And any suggestions for better links with no special interest connections that you come upon, pass it along so we can all review that link. Just reflect and make a decision on whether that link is objective. For example, I do not consider the American Medical Association (AMA) to be objective. Their purpose is to to serve the interests of their profession. Organizations such as this are not objective; although they may provide some good data. These kinds of organizations typically are merely advocating the agenda of their profession to the benefit their members.

Issue Forum: Health Care in America

First, this blog is an experiment seeking solutions hopefully to the point where we can arrive at a consensus to some of the problems/issues we all face in America. My opinion is that solutions for improving America can be accomplished by the collective wisdom of many; instead of my narrow and limited view. So, the first issue (out of about 65) to start off is related to health care.

Second, just like running a successful business, you only need to be successful once. You can fail many times. So, I am not expecting one big solution to improving health care in America. The goal is to propose many solutions from various perspectives. So, we value all positive and constructive input.

Third, every solution will face harsh criticism from the status quo whom want to keep health care in America static; or advocate by their argument to why we should dismiss a consensus solution we all agree to; that is adverse to their interests. For example, health insurance and drug companies motivated by profits/greed.

Fourth, it will require input from many diverse people. For example, consumers , care-givers and policy-makers.

Fifth, it is easy to complain, whine and be cynical. But offer no solution. But maybe if we are lucky, we will like in business, get one or two solutions where there is a consensus of most of us. On the other hand, if you just want to complain about a specific health care situation for the benefit of many, without any solutions (which is OK), please be as brief as possible.

Sixth, I will do my best to merely moderate. I may seek facts, clarification or elaboration only as is needed that moves the issue in a positive direction.

Seventh, issues need some geographic context. So, keep that in consideration if your issue is local, county, national or global.

Eighth, sub-issues are anticipated depending upon interest. For example, maybe a lot of discussion starts focusing on a particular drug policy or health insurance. We will try to figure out how to separate sub-issues within a broad category such as health care.

Finally, it is OK to counter-argue a post by someone else. Just try to be civil about it. This is not a blog to be witty or used for your personal entertainment. Our simple goal with this blog is be informative and reflective on what people such as yourselves, consider as possible solutions to making America and Kansas a better place to be.

General Disclaimer: My personal goal is to merely find someone far better at being your representative than myself. I am tired of waiting for a politician that will discuss issues in detail with specificity including proffering solutions warranting your vote. So, welcome to an issue-based forum.
