FUZZY SCOTUSBALLS: ODDS ON NEXT ULTRA- LIBERAL ABORTION FRIENDLY S.C. JUSTICE

HOLY FUZZY SCOTUSBALLS, Batman: Odds on Barry's most likely favorite for packing the next ultra-liberal abortion- friendly Justice to the United States Supreme Court to keep the minority liberal balance the same at 4-4-1 (Kennedy, "depends on how I am feeling today swing vote". This will a tough pick for Barry having to pack and choose an ethnic liberal minority, pro-abortion female; merely so ultra-liberal Ruth Ginsberg does not get so lonely hanging around with all those male sexist pig Justices any more.

The first criteria is gender. If you are a man of any kind of racial/ethnic background, proceed to the bottom of the list. Because after all, ultra liberal Justice Ginsberg is feeling lonely.

The second criteria is, are they some ethic minority; in addition to being a woman. Black Hispanic lesbian female from Illinois would be highly preferred. But this is probably not a viable option of a mixed race/ethnicity and being a lesbian coming from Chicago. So, can Barry get close; while pandering to some other geographic area he has omitted in Cabinet Posts like the deep south or CA? Or, will Barry merely continue to decide based on resorting to some more Chicago-style deep dish cronyism?

The third criteria is judicial appellate court or state Supreme Court experience. Are they actually appellate court or state Supreme Court judges? Instead of lower ranked GOVS or merely law professors, or even worse, just some attorney?

The fourth criteria is short-sighted geographic political pandering for the 2010 election cycle. Can the Abomination pander picking up potential votes by selecting a nominee from a particular geographic area?

The fifth criteria is whether they already are part of the Abominating Administration; requiring a twofer-appoint a justice requiring replacing someone already in the abomination.

The sixth criteria is prior judicial opinions. Have they written anything that really would be construed as being outright wacky and embarrassing during a Senate advise and consent skewering process?

The seventh criteria is what President appointed them to be a federal judge, if applicable. Clinton appointtee, get one extra point. Bush appointee, minus 50 points.

BARELY CONSIDERED OR NOT CONSIDERED AT ALL CRITERIA:

Are they the best and most qualified jurist to spend the next few decades rendering important decisions at SCOTUS?

****************************************************
Socialistic Pro-Abortion Ultra-liberal Irrational Women most likely to be picked:

No. 1: Leah Ward Sears, chief justice of the Georgia Supreme Court. Born in 1955 in Heidelberg, Germany. Appointed to the Georgia Supreme Court in February 1992 by Georgia Gov. Zell Miller. Became a judge in Atlanta's city traffic court in 1985, and was a state Superior Court judge from 1988-1992.

Odds: 2 Roes to one Wade. Right skin color, panders to ignored south. Weaknesses include being from the South; especially Atlanta and Georgia. Appointed by Zell Miller. Most of the above criteria.

No. 2: Sonia Sotomayor of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Born in 1954 in the Bronx, N.Y. Nominated as a federal judge by President George H.W. Bush on November 27, 1991, and confirmed by the Senate on August 11, 1992. She then returned to private practice in New York City from 1984-1992.

Odds: 3 O'Connor clones to one Justice Roberts. Weaknesses, appointed by evil Imperialist king, George Bush. Wrong skin color/ethnicity, although this pick would pander to democratic NYC and Mayor Bloomberg as a payback for lots of votes come 2010 election cycle.

No. 3: Sandra Lea Lynch, chief judge of the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Born in 1946 in Oak Park, Ill. Nominated to the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals by President Bill Clinton on March 31, 1995, and confirmed by the Senate on June 30, 1995. Worked at the Justice Department as special assistant to the associate attorney general from 1985-1987, and as the Antitrust Division's deputy assistant attorney general for international, appellate and policy matters from 1993-1995.

Odds: 18 armadillos to 1 really rotten US Dept. of Justice. More southern pandering. Not to mention horrible connection to the state of "I am going to mess with" TX. Both Chicago and Georgetown connections.

THE CALIFORNIA PANDERING CHOICE:

No. 5: M. Margaret McKeown of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, Born in 1951 in Casper, Wyo. Confirmed to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Received law degree from Georgetown University in 1975. Worked in private practice in Seattle from 1975-1998. Worked as a White House fellow and special assistant to the secretary of the Interior Department from 1980-1981.

No. 6: Kim McLane Wardlaw of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Born in 1954 in San Francisco. Nominated as a federal judge by President Bill Clinton on August 10, 1995, and confirmed by the Senate on December 22, 1995. Nominated to the U.S Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 1999 but never received a hearing from the Senate Judiciary Committee. Odds: Zero.

No. 8 Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm. Born in 1959 in Vancouver, British Columbia. Received law degree from Harvard University in 1987. Worked as Wayne County, Mich., corporation counsel, 1995-1998. Worked as Michigan attorney general, 1999-2002. Became Michigan governor, January 2003.

Odds: 600 crappy Gov. Motors to 1 Ford F-35 fighter truck. Probably not likely due to simple fact no an appellate judge or a native-born American; plus she is Michigan GOV.

No. 9: Pamela S. Karlan, law professor at Stanford University Born in 1959. Received law degree from Yale University in 1984. Worked as clerk to Justice Harry A. Blackmun, 1985-1986. Worked as law professor at Harvard University from 1984-1993. Worked as law professor at Stanford University from 1993-1999. Served as dean of Stanford law school from 1999-2004. Works as law professor at Stanford University.

Odds: 120,o000 Commie Law professors to 4 CA nutjob environmental liberal whaco(s).

Group male odds: Bottom of the barrel because these highly unlikely dudes will win SCOTUSBALLS are giving us odds approximately = 20 hells freezing over to 1 get real.

Odds: You have to be kidding. A long-haired Asian-American male token. Get real and get in line. It's hard enough to get another woman on SCOTUS. And getting a minority woman is really stretching it, as it is. What next for you liberal socialists; a lesbian Hispanic Supreme Court justice?

Odds: 3 to 1 based on having absolutely no qualifications worth considering to be a Sup. Ct. justice.

No. 17: Our favorite-someone not on the intentional far left socialist liberal pro-abortion media bias lists, yet:

Even money.

Now that we have seen the most probably choices, who would I recommend from this list? None of them. I recommend we just clone that rascally, opinionated Justice Scalia whenever there is a need for a new SCOTUS justice. If we have to have a woman to make Ginsburg happy, we will just put on wig on the Scalia clone so she does not get so lonely.

  1. Thanks for your comment. I have a hard time reading Chinese. Can you translate,so I do not have to. If so, thanks.

I am having a hard enough time with the word "happy". I read the book by the 13th Dali Lama on what is happiness. And even better, how to get some more often. He is a pretty smart guy. I hope I get to meet him someday.

  3. John McCain stated to "fight for a cause greater than yourself (if you want to get some happyiness and sense of self worth). I agree.

  4. I stated, if you travel down the path of life, and you run into a barrier, walk around it, climb over it or remove it. In the alternative, make a new path.

When did I say that? About five seconds ago.
