KS GOV recommends KS Secede

News flash.

Source: Kansas Jackass, aka dem nut jackasses, demiwants, progressive liberal commies, neosocialists.

GOV of KS now apparently wants Kansas to secede from United States of America in her tax increase e-mail dated April 17 sent to the Kansas Legislature suggesting: "Kansas could save $77 million by decoupling from Federal Tax Code".

If the state of Kansas is going to decouple from the federal tax code, so am I. Decouple me, (big) bro.

New Kansas Slogan: Kansas, it's its own country.

Good move. Can't wait for decoupled Senators to ask about her secession plan tomorrow at HHS Confirmation hearing. Along with the tax cheating stuff, the omissions on Tiller the Killer contributions, her Blue Stem PAC, obstruction of the KS legislature, elite Kansas Cavalry, etcetereas.

  1. I am a Texan living in Kansas, and thus am all for secession. I wish with everything in me that Kansas would join Texas in this push for secession...at least what is the beginning of the push.

But her comment had nothing to do with seperating from the Union...but rather from the unconstitutional IRS and FED - as I understand it. Perhaps she said more than you quoted here - but that is what her quote meant.

  2. Thanks for the comment. What she stated was a decoupling from the fed. tax code to prevent inh. and estate taxes from going into effect. Bummer you are in KS, instead of TX. Lots of relatives and family did the opposite and are in TX.

What I am seeing is talk of seceding by 3 states to date. But from a practical perspective, more states are moving to raising challenges to more and more central govt. domination with more states starting raise infringement of state sovereignity.

I raised the issue of infringement of sovereignity on behalf of Kansans in class action clear to judicial review at the US Supreme Court in 2007. At the last moment on Oct. 1, 2007, Scotus denied the petition for a writ.

Finally, what part of TX did you come from?
